On November 17th we celebrated World Philosophy day and on this occasion, an exhibition titled “Labyrinth. Dragon. Unicorn… What do the symbols tell us?” was organized by New Acropolis of Slovenia and was held in Ljubljana and Maribor.

 

The exhibition presented universal symbols, used in different cultures to describe a connection between the material world and the ideas or laws of the Universe, which affect life.Displayed pictures with corresponding descriptions were accompanied by a lecture titled “Wondrous power of symbols”. Presentation proved successful as it drew the attention of many visitors including reporters of the National Slovenian radio station, which was covering the event in Ljubljana.
