In collaboration with public and private agencies such as the Chilean Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Interior, Red Cross, etc. NA volunteers were certified as Trainers of the SFERA Project. The project started within the UN and was prepared by 600 experts from 300 organizations in 20 countries. It establishes the fundamental principles and essential rules for humanitarian work as well as indicators in the areas of water, food, health, housing and health. As a part of certification process we are committed to spread norms and standards in all areas.
