At 10.00 a.m., on 5th May, a special ceremony was held to celebrate the 30 years of New Acropolis in Brazil. The MP Mauro Benevides, who organized the event, spoke of NA’s presence in 50 countries, made reference to its founder, Professor Jorge Ángel Livraga and highlighted the work of New Acropolis in the areas of philosophy, culture and volunteering, with a special mention of its promotion of citizenship.
