New Acropolis in Slovakia recently launched a series of public lectures organized jointly with the Centre for information and documentation of UNESCO.

The cycle is about the great characters of science and throughout the year, lectures will be devoted to representatives of different fields of science in history.

The first presentation, given by the Director of New Acropolis in Slovakia Kamila Hermannová, and held at the University Library of Bratislava, was dedicated to Jean-François Champollion.
