New Acropolis volunteers continued to support a project called Where there’s knowledge, there is gain in collaboration with the Saint Nicholas Teenage Day Care in Timişoara, Romania. Volunteers donated two bookshelves together with over 200 books to the 50 youths attending this center. Some of the teenagers helped assembling the shelves, others arranging the books. Volunteers also organized a music workshop in which youths improvised interesting rhythms using exotic musical instruments, and learned new songs.  The project also includes periodical meetings with a range of activities whereby youths will be guided to discover the plentiful world of books and how these can inspire their lives.
