Exhibition of archaeological reproductions for the blind and visually impaired (Sisak, Croatia)

Cultural Activities

Inauguration at the public library and Vlado Gotovac reading room in Sisak, of an exhibition of archaeological reproductions entitled “A Dream In Stone”, adapted for the blind and visually impaired. The exhibition presented motifs of ancient cultures of America, the Far East, Greece and Egypt, as well as motifs pertaining to the Croatian cultural heritage. All the replicas had explanatory labels in Braille.

The exhibition was organized in collaboration with New Acropolis Zagreb, the public library and the Vlado Gotovac Reading Room in Sisak, and the Society for blind and visually impaired people of Sisak-Moslavina County.
