New Acropolis Granada organized a new wine tasting event. When we eat or drink we use the senses of sight, smell, touch, taste and even hearing: to taste wines, all the senses play a part and come together. And so began our evening, with the explanation of the different wines we were going to have the opportunity to try. Before the tasting of each wine, the origin was explained, as well as the colour, the transparency, brightness, intensity, and the fruity, floral, herbaceous aromas. The wine tasting was accompanied by a sampling of different dishes typical of our land, and all this with a perfect combination of reciting poems to wine and love!
