Volunteers of New Acropolis, helped by interested visitors, prepared hand-stitched textile pouches for infusion bottles. The idea came from nurses of Tűzoltó Utca Children’s Clinic, caring for the children at the clinic 24 hours a day. Many of the small patients spend several days here, and every little gesture may provide valuable help to doctors and nurses in making the children feel better. The Association organizes a public sewing event each month, where participants can make even such things as palm-sized plush figures.
