World Philosophy Day

New Acropolis celebrated World Philosophy Day in its 10 cities. All events were dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of M. Gandhi’s and were organized under project “India. To hear and to feel”.
New Acropolis Kyiv prepared philosophical performance after the text of Bhagavad Gita, that raises philosophical ideas of choice, overcoming doubts and fulfilling duty.
In Ivano-Frankivsk participants of the workshop on non-violent communication learned how to interact with people without harming themselves or others.
In Dnipro participants learned to paint a gypsum reproduction of the Hindu god Shiva.
In other cities various activities were organized like art workshops, exhibitions, Indian music and dance performances, lectures “Mahatma Gandhi. A man who changed the history”, “Sacred Art of India”, “Rajputs. Warriors of India” etc.
