The 6-hour course was given by José Ramos, a professor from New Acropolis Coimbra, a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and a Feng Shui consultant, who discussed the secrets behind different environments and how they affect our mood.
Without knowing why, some places, where we live daily, produce irritation, stress, tension, tranquility, peace or joy. Through Feng Shui, whose literal meaning is “wind and water,” we can determine the most favorable location of spaces and furniture in order to take advantage of that existing vital energy.
It was a very complete and necessary course for a society, like ours, where stress is a common experience.
