The sense of passivity and isolation has become stronger in most of us, as a result of our online lifestyle over the past year. In addition to physical health, the discussion also highlighted the need to maintain harmony in the psyche,  and the natural law of the gunas. We also shared some practical ideas how to calm our emotions through breathing exercises. These new perspectives of looking at the current situation can help strengthen emotional and mental resilience, so that next time we can face situations that cause passivity or the sense of isolation in a different way.
