At our centre in Cobán we inaugurated an exhibition of postcards, sketches and notes by local author Carlos Ruano. During the inauguration we presented the artist’s work and showed how this personal collection was built up over time. This exhibition of over 125 items was open to the public and the donations were used to buy educational materials for a school in Alta Verapaz, in order to support the return to classes in the rural area.
