As part of the of the Environmental Protection Programme of the city of Trujillo, in La Libertad, a group of New Acropolis volunteers carried out a cleanup on Huanchaco beach.

This ecological event benefited one of the main tourist locations of the “City of Eternal Spring”.

The collection of solid waste and the cleanup of the beach were carried out along a 5-kilometre stretch of coastline, helping to raise awareness in the community about the importance of the virtues of respect and love for our environment, through example.
