The lecture “Erich Fromm – The Art of Love” was held in the Nova Acropolis in Zagreb as well as in the Osijek branch.

Is love an art? If it is, it requires knowledge and effort. Or is love a pleasant feeling that is born by chance, something that “takes over” a person if he is lucky?

At the lecture, the visitors had the opportunity to become familiar with Fromm’s basic thoughts about love as a sublime and noble emotion, one that awakens in man the need to get to know himself, and not as an emotion that happens to us.

Encouraged by Fromm’s teachings, many interested visitors in Zagreb and Osijek initiated gatherings and conversations about love as an art.
