Colors of Communication: Decoding Human Behavior (Vlora, Albania)

Cultural Activities

We all communicate, but do we truly understand each other?

An evening of insight and laughter unfolded at New Acropolis where the book Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson served as a guide to exploring human behavior. Through engaging discussions and interactive exercises, participants discovered the four personality colors—Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue—and how they shape the way we interact with the world.

By recognizing these patterns in ourselves and others, we took a step toward better communication, reduced frustration, and maybe even the realization that we are not actually surrounded by idiots—just different ways of thinking.

What more can self-awareness achieve than building bridges where there were walls?
