Lecture: ‘Tutankhamun: Treasures, Mystery, Restoration’ at the Krasnodar Museum of Archaeology (Russia)

Cultural Activities

Attendees gathered in the unique atmosphere of the archaeology gallery, in a setting where different eras seemed to converge: the ancient artefacts unearthed in the Kuban region, the culture and history of Ancient Egypt, and modern-day people of the 21st century.

The talk was accompanied by a wealth of visual material, including artistic photographs and excerpts from a documentary produced by New Acropolis. The audience learnt about events linked to the pharaohs Akhenaten and Tutankhamun, as well as details regarding the restoration and revival of the traditions and values of Ancient Egypt.

This immersion in this millennia-old culture was further enhanced by illustrative material comprising replicas of ancient Egyptian archaeological artefacts crafted in the ‘New Acropolis’ workshops.
