New Acropolis Dominican Republic brought together nearly fifty people at the Cinemateca Dominicana for an inspiring philosophical film forum centred on the Dominican film *Azul Magia*, directed by Yoel Morales.

More than just a screening, it was a gathering for reflection and dialogue on the inner journey, the search for meaning, and the power of art to raise awareness. Morales himself shared with the audience the philosophical motivations behind his work, sparking an enriching exchange that linked cinema with life’s big questions.

Participants included members of the School of Philosophy, young people from the Janos Youth Circle, students on the Philosophy for Life Diploma course, and special guests, all united by a desire to explore the human soul through art.
