Psychological Exercises: A Practical Path to Self-Discovery (Tirana, Albania)
New Acropolis Tirana organized the “Psychological Exercises” training, a practical activity specifically designed to break away from daily stress and focus on self-knowledge.
Through concrete techniques of concentration and analysis, the members worked directly on observing automatic thoughts, managing emotions, and controlling impulsive reactions. This training served as a practical guide to increasing daily mindfulness, developing self-control, and building a lasting mental calmness.
Ultimately, this activity proved that significant changes in character do not come from grand theories, but rather begin with small, measurable, and fully conscious steps.
