Inner authority and authentic leadership (Munich, Germany)
Practical workshop “Inner Authority and Authentic Leadership” took place in Munich with Gudrun Gutdeutsch, head of the Philosophy School New Acropolis in Germany.
In an open and thoughtful atmosphere, the evening combined philosophical ideas with practical exercises and lively discussions with the participants. The topic was very well received by the participants.
The focus was on the question of genuine leadership: How can I lead myself when many things demand my attention at the same time? And how does authority arise that provides guidance without dominating? Modern leadership approaches were combined with the ancient idea of “arete”, the lived virtue and inner greatness of human beings.
The workshop made it clear that true leadership begins within oneself – with courage, responsibility, and an authentic appreciation for people. This is precisely why there was a clear desire to see more leaders – including in politics – who do not manage people but treat them with sincere respect and love.
