Instructors from New Acropolis Córdoba visited the prestigious Dante Alighieri School to host a unique cultural session with 4th-grade students. The visit aimed to introduce young learners to ancient mythology through the story of Gilgamesh, the oldest known epic in human history.

Through interactive games, painting activities, and engaging workshops tailored for children, the students enjoyed an energetic first glimpse into the realm of ancient heroes and Mesopotamian lore.

Learning Values Through Play

The initiative sought to do more than entertain; it aimed to convey the timeless lessons embedded in classic mythology. Following the footsteps of the King of Uruk, the children explored fundamental values:

• Friendship: Highlighted through the bond between Gilgamesh and Enkidu.

• Courage and Resilience: Displayed in the trials and quests faced by the hero.

• Creativity: An artistic session where students used colors to bring their own visions of epic characters to life.
