Talk about Tai Chi and Chi Kung, millennial practices of Chinese origin which have been popularized in the West thanks to their significant health benefits including: improvement of  concentration, greater energy and stress management, decrease of the risk of Cardiovascular disease, sleep improvement, etc. The practices consist in carrying out specific movements in order to obtain an optimal flow of energy and to synchronize body and mind.
